Give thanks for chocolate with its bitter yet sweet flavour. Applaud this food of the gods that we use for thousands of recipes in our kitchens. I wanted to combine my favourite dark chocolate with a meringue dessert. Every time I bite into I disappear into small moments of pleasure. And, I almost always allow myself a second helping.
