Chantilly cream semifreddo and meringue semifreddo with a filling of mixed berries.

When lying on the grass trying to give names to fluffy clouds scurrying overhead I wanted to grab small pieces of them to see what they tasted like. Then in the oven back home, I baked thousands off frothy meringues until I found my favourite: the flavour of a cloud.
