Traditional zabaglione cream with Marsala DOC liqueur wine.

Extraordinary flavour due to the simplicity of its ingredients and the recipe used to create it. Sugar, egg and DOC Marsala wine are cooked in a bain-marie for 45 minutes in a copper pot, patiently mixed until they are completely blended, to create a truly intense flavour.
