“April, sweet sleep”, as the Italian proverb goes, means we could all do with a break at this time of year; and so we took care of things and created the dessert of the month, perfect to enjoy at times like these. We are, of course, talking about the Recipe in a Cup (Ricetta in tazza), the second of our collection on Time.
