Can you alter a classic Italian tradition? This is a dessert that everybody likes but recipes have significant differences... I wanted to try them all! I won't hide the fact that many of my attempts failed. I tried them on friends, hoping for positive responses but just received encouragement to do better. Then when I got it right - eyes lit up with astonishment, mouths twisted into small smiles and they couldn't wait for the second mouthful.
