The Romana ice-cream shop was established in the historical centre of Rimini in 1947, taking the name of the daughter of its first owner and founder. For over 40 years this company has belonged to the Zucchi family. They have been working to maintain the quality standards, typical of homemade ice-cream, continuing to bring improvements to the technological and hygiene plan and at the same time trying to keep up with the increasing clientele.
We have moved from a limited number of classical flavours in our early years, to the present number of sixty, almost all the result of the fruit of imagination and love for ice cream of the Zucchi’s founder.
Today this company is managed by his sons, who continue to develop their father’s project, so that the keeping of tradition and the wish for continuous improvement, as well as the great pleasure experienced by our customers led to the opening of other homemade ice-cream shops. In this way after the historical ice-cream shop in the heart of the city, other outlets have been opened and immediately been accepted with remarkable enthusiasm by people who craved taste and flavour of a real homemade ice-cream served in a young and modern place.
The continued demand by customers, who wanted other outlets in different parts of Italy and Europe, has strengthened our desire to create a company able to realize the franchising project...
