Over the course of the years, Romana has decided not to produce gelato in one single laboratory only and subsequently deliver it around (like many other gelato franchising networks and chains traditionally do).
Romana is a traditional artisan gelato shop where gelato is prepared daily with the utmost passion.
We strive to give consumers the possibility to taste genuine gelato which is never prepared longer than 2 hours before serving. For this reason, our gelato is directly produced in each shop, what gives us the possibility to offer consumers freshly-made, genuine products!!!
